My name is Loren and I work in Branding and Design and I am currently in Nashville, TN.

I grew up in the great state of Texas, in San Antonio to be exact, the land of cowboy boots and the best Mexican food around. But I was truly art school material from day one. I attended the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia.

I immediately felt like I was in my element for the first time in my life. While at SCAD I received my BFA in Fashion Marketing and Management, along with a concentration in graphic design. I soon moved to NYC, where I discovered just what a hard and wonderful life it is to live in the city. I worked with companies like Ralph Lauren and Club Monaco in marketing and Merchandising and then started styling for small brands in the city. As I developed my skills I began getting involved in Branding one of my friends, a up and coming country artist. I felt like a move to the great city of Nashville, Tennessee was a great change and really desired to focus in a place I loved to start my own business. I have finally found my true home in Nashville!

Having lived in numerous different places with numerous different people and cultures, I have found what it means to find the joy in the uncomfortable. I have also found what else brings me joy despite my location, situation, or past or current story: styling, photography and branding.

Styling kind of threw itself into my lap at first, and after a few rounds of dabbling and second guesses, I realized styling is what comes the most natural to me. After working on more and more projects throughout the years, styling has simply become the one practice that I now refuse to live my life without. I feel alive and inspired when creating and styling, and my hope is to bring that same life and joy to all projects.

Photography was born from styling for me. I realized if I wanted anything to look the way I had envisioned it that I was going to have to photograph the way I wanted. It was a unexpected turn for me. However, we fell in love and now I am just in a place of developing that skill and learning all I can!

I currently am pursuing a business that offers Branding, Photography and Styling. It has been such a journey and I am really excited about all the projects I have been working on and will work on in the future. I am a big believer of doing what you love and doing it well! I can’t tell you how many ups and downs I have had a long the way, but it makes you who you are and it makes you into the artist you truly are. I wouldn’t take it back for anything.
